The rooms were well-equipped for the price and the service was good, plus they had chocolates in the lobby, situated within a classic building.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, even so everything was very good. Got silent, modern room for the value. There were an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels provided.

There were clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
For an airport hotel, it was very frustrating that they had no shuttle or actual way to get to and from the airport. Taxis were difficult to get in the location and cost a fortune to get to the airport. The walls of the room very not sound proof. We had a limited amount of time to get some rest and were disturbed by loud children in the next room. There is no place to get food near the hotel.

the service was terrific as we had expected. the breakfast offered a variety of food at a relatively cheap and reasonable price. 3. the hotel's location was magnificent, close enough to the Barajas airport, Madrid central, and the Wanda stadium.

Pleasant hotel with marvellous location easy to get there with bus then metro.

The hotel was close to the Madrid airport. Location was great.
There was no shuttle service to/from the airport. The cab fare was $20.

The location was fantastic, right next to the nearest train station and close to Wanda Metropolitano stadium. the room was well-appointed and provided great value for the price. - the staff at the reception were kind and extremely friendly.
